As we navigate new levels of uncertainty and unpredictability, we want to create space to gather, reflect, and share. This engaging virtual session will provide a brief overview of key principles and practices for maintaining personal resilience. Participants will have an opportunity to share in small groups, facilitated by certified somatic coaches who have volunteered their time to support SID and other international development and humanitarian actors.
