The Newsletter & Social Media Spotlight forms are for Institutional Members (IMs) only. For any questions regarding these forms or about the submissions, please email [email protected].

Weekly Newsletter (19k Subscribers)

For branding or promotion, Institutional Members (IMs) are welcome to submit items (news, jobs, internships, events, blogs, etc.) to our weekly Newsletter, which goes out each Monday to over 19k subscribers. Submissions to the Newsletter must be sent through the below form by Friday’s at 5 PM ET.

You may send in as many items as needed each week, but please note that job postings will be capped at about 15-20 per organization.

Social Media Spotlight (43k Followers)

IMs also get two social media spotlight opportunities per fiscal year, which are shared across our platforms, reaching over 43k followers. It’s up to you what content you want to share and when you want to share it. You’ll just need to fill out the Social Media Spotlight form below.

Monthly Newsletter for Individual Members

University Institutional Members & Partners Only

University Institutional Members and Partners of SID-US are invited to promote their events, highlight their programs, share news and announcements, or submit job postings to be featured in In the Know, a monthly digest specifically for the individual members of our network. In the Know is sent every fourth Tuesday of the month. Learn more and submit an item here.

Paid Digital Advertising Opportunities (60K+ Subscribers)

Advertise with us to share your message with more than 60,000 followers and subscribers across all our platforms. Pricing ranges from $250 to $1,000, depending on ad package type and membership status.

Basic Online Newsletter Advertising Package

Member Rate: $250 per week

Non-Member Rate: $500 per week

  • Only one banner ad will be featured per week to provide maximum visibility.
  • Your ad will be published in our weekly Newsletter on Mondays, reaching over 19,000 subscribers.
  • Your ad can be clickable and linked to the site of your choice. 
Newsletter & Social Media Advertising Package

Member Rate: $500 per week

Non-Member Rate: $1,000 per week

  • Your ad will be published on our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter accounts, which reach a combined total of more than 43,000 subscribers.
  • Your banner ad will be published in our weekly Newsletter on Mondays, reaching over 19,000 subscribers.
  • The Newsletter ad can be clickable and linked to the site of your choice.

Sponsorship Packages
