Megan Mamula is a leadership coach, facilitator, peacebuilding practitioner, and social justice organizer with a passion for supporting individuals and teams to grow and transform their work and lives. Her coaching approach draws from neuroscience research, adult development theory, and trauma and somatic awareness to support clients to grow into the leaders they are meant to be. She has over five years of experience coaching clients from the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Before becoming a coach, Megan was a successful leader in the public sector, overseeing an international team committed to advancing peace and stability around the world.

Thoughtful, empathetic, and strategic, Megan partners with clients to assess their current situation, create achievable goals, and develop tailored action plans. She provides support and accountability to help clients achieve their vision. She also offers a holistic approach; her coaching incorporates somatic practices to explore how awareness of sensations, thoughts, feelings, and emotions in the present moment may deepen understanding and lead to lasting change. She partners with clients to identify values, goals, and commitments and offers supportive accountability to take new actions and establish new habits to achieve those goals. She is honored to have the opportunity to learn from each client and support them on their career path.
