Wendy R. Bradford is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Professional with extensive expertise in strategic planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, human resource processes, performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution – both domestically and internationally. She has overseen all domestic and international human resource functions.
Wendy is the Chief People Officer at Project Hope. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Culture with Counterpart International. Before that, she was the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at the QED Group operating (now operating as Q2 Impact), where she led all aspects of the organization’s people functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, and talent development.
Earlier in her career, Wendy was the Director of Human Resources at Creative Associates International, where she designed and implemented HR programs, procedures, and processes for both domestic and international operations. Her work spanned benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
