Tara Sullivan is an expert in knowledge management and monitoring and evaluation with over 20 years of experience managing complex projects that include a wide range of partners, numerous products and services covering a variety of FP/RH and other health areas, and multiple stakeholders and audiences. Dr. Sullivan has made significant contributions to KM for global health and development theory, practice, and research by identifying gaps and bringing KM experts together to develop seminal guidelines for KM program design, implementation, and M&E. She has also researched the contribution that KM makes to strengthening health systems and improving health outcomes and has examined knowledge needs at multiple levels of the health system in numerous countries using audience expressed needs in the development of KM programs. She also researches factors that influence the provision of quality of care in international FP/RH programs.
