Tamara Heimur is a Director in MCC’s Finance, Investment and Trade team working on public-private partnerships, enterprise development projects and business climate reforms in MCC’s compacts in Morocco, Tunisia and Zambia, as well as formerly on the Liberia Compact. Tamara has been at MCC for about eight years and spent the first four years in the Office of the CEO’s Division of Investment and Risk Management. Prior to MCC, she worked on economic and private sector development focused on the Middle East and Africa at a number of different organizations, including International Resources Group, the US Treasury and ACDI/VOCA, an international non-profit organization. Tamara has an MBA from Harvard Business School, MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in Economics and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
