Samantha Levine-Finley is a seasoned facilitator, organizational learning professional, mediator, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in the federal, non-profit and humanitarian sectors. She currently serves as the Learning Advisor for the USAID/Feed the Future Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training (KDLT) contract, where she leads the design and implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and tools for learning, M&E, as well as knowledge management and learning activities within the team and for USAID clients. Prior to her work with KDLT, Samantha was the Manager of Technical Assistance on the USAID/LEARN contract. Early in her career, she was a print journalist and later became an organizational ombudsman for the National Institutes of Health and the American Red Cross. She holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a BS in Environmental Science from The College of William & Mary.
