Sam Rosenfeld is the Chairman and Founder of Verdigris Holdings, Inc., a company developing a bank and banking technology to bring regulated banking to the over 63 million unbanked and underbanked in the United States. Mr. Rosenfeld also serves as Chairman of the Densus Group, an international risk management firm that specializes in high risk challenges, both geographical and operational, since 2006. Previously, Mr. Rosenfeld served as a Partner at Gabriel Partners AML/RightSource from 2013 to 2015. Gabriel Partners is the leading US anti-money laundering consulting and outsourcing practice to financial institutions which Mr. Rosenfeld helped grow from 12 to 550 professionals in four years. He and his partners sold to Clarion Capital Advisors in 2017. Mr. Rosenfeld holds an Australian Financial Services License, is published by the Wharton Financial Institutions Center on the topic of life insurance derivatives, and served as an infantry officer in the British Army from 1995 until 2006.  He is an active volunteer in his local community and serves as a mentor and judge for the African Entrepreneurship Awards. Mr. Rosenfeld received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Risk and Crisis Management from Leicester University. He is an entrepreneur in residence at Wharton Business School.
