Sam Alhadeff is a Portfolio Manager for USAID’s Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) where he conducts diligence on applications and manages awards for innovations that improve outcomes faster, cheaper, better than the status quo. His team provides evidence-tiered grants to identify and fund solutions to the most pressing development challenges around the world. Sam has consulted on research projects for UNICEF and had his work published in the Cornell Policy Review & Georgetown Public Policy Review. In his free time, Sam likes to listen to stand-up comedy, attend musicals, and spend time outdoors hiking and skiing. Hailing from Chicago, he received an MIPA from the University of Wisconsin.
