Rebecca Oser

Rebecca Oser is a strategic communications expert with more than fifteen years of experience translating technical content into compelling messaging for global audiences. She currently serves as The Manoff Group’s lead for Strategic Partnerships and Communications, and spent the majority of her career managing the monitoring and evaluation of Social and Behavior Change programs. Ms. Oser holds an MPH in Epidemiology from the Rollins School at Emory University, and a BA in Biology and English from the University of Virginia.
