Randal Mason

Randal Mason has over 25 years of experience as an international development professional and community activist. He previously served as a senior executive at IREX, an $80 million/year nonprofit operating in over 100 countries, where he held several key positions including Director of Development, Director of the Civil Society Division, and Senior Gender and LGBT Advisor. An independent consultant, Randal helps clients navigate the complexities of diversity and inclusion in their organizations, programs, and proposals. He also designs and leads trainings on topics such as LGBTQ programming, gender mainstreaming, professional networking, and fundraising.
