Rachel Leeds is a public health practitioner with more than six years of experience managing international development programs in sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia. Her experience includes collecting qualitative and quantitative data for a natural resource management NGO in Kenya, conducting participatory rapid rural assessments on gender and post-conflict development in northern Uganda, promoting preventative health practices and sustainable behavior change in southern Benin, and developing multimedia content for international e-learning programs in peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance. Currently, she implements the social and behavior change activities for several of University Research Co., LLC (URC)’s programs in Francophone West Africa. Rachel is an accredited Partnership Broker (Level 1), and has a passion for combining design thinking and systems practice to inspire catalytic change and innovation.
