Paloma Adams-Allen is the Deputy Assistant Administrator for the Latin America and Caribbean Bureau at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). She formerly served as USAID’s Senior Advisor for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), championing investment in innovative development solutions and partnerships with the private sector to expand economic opportunities for youth, create jobs and improve incomes, address changes in climate, improve educational outcomes and strengthen governance in the Americas. Prior to joining USAID, Mrs. Adams-Allen worked at the Organization of American States (OAS) as the Secretary General’s senior advisor for hemispheric development and Caribbean policy matters.
