Eugenia plays a key role in shaping the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre's (GIPC) performance and policies on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) through investment targeting, facilitation, and content creation. She also advocates for best practices in investment promotion. At GIPC, she provides research, policy advocacy, and reports on FDI inflows, while offering valuable information to both existing and potential investors. She serves as the focal point for GIPC’s donor relations and has contributed to the Centre’s corporate strategy and system enhancements, including a CRM system and capacity building.

Leading her team, Eugenia manages the Regional Sensitization Tour (RST), connecting local businesses with foreign investors and supporting key sectors like Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and exports, as well as advancing the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA).

Eugenia is a certified Project Management Professional, a Chevening Scholar, and holds a master's in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester, an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management, and a bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana.
