Nishant is an Urban Practitioner and an Architect from India currently engaged as an Urban and Regional Development Expert with GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). In his career span of 5+ years, he has positioned himself to work at the intersection of Data Analytics & Visualization, Geographic Information System, Urban Digitalization, Design & Communication, Capacity Development and Knowledge Management. He has also worked at World Resources Institute (WRI) as a Project Researcher for Safer Commute to School Project sanctioned under BOTNAR Foundations Global Road Safety Challenge. Impact of the project activities got him selected to a 193 people cohort chosen from a worldwide pool to represent and voice the road safety needs of their respective nations at the 2nd Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety organised by World Health Organisation, designated as Youth Ambassadors for Road Safety.
