Nicole Chao

Nicole Chao is an international development professional with over 15 years of experience. As a Sr. Director with ACDI/VOCA she currently provides project management oversight of livelihoods, employability, food security and community development projects in Colombia. Throughout the years, she has overseen projects and pursued new business opportunities with the US Agency for International Development, the Government of Colombia, the World Bank, and large corporate donors and foundations. Ms. Chao holds an M.A. in international development studies from the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University and a B.A. in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
