Nicola Smith

GPI is a cross government unit providing advice and support to HMG priority countries on civil service and center of government reform. Nicola has overall responsibility for leading the delivery of the program portfolio; sharing lessons from the British Civil Service overseas; and providing advice to Ministers and Officials in partner administrations ranging from Afghanistan to Zambia. GPI supports the UK’s Department for International Development, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Ministry of Defence. Nicola is a Senior Civil Servant in Her Majesty’s Government with a varied background in different ministries.
