What does the Board of Directors do?
The SID-US Board of Directors sets overall policy and program objectives for the Chapter, reviews the Chapter's procedures and budget, and advises the Chapter's staff on organizational goals.
Who are the candidates for election?
This year's election seeks to fill two Officer positions (three-year terms) and four At-Large Director positions (three-year terms). The nominees are as follows:

- Deputy Chair: Anne Simmons-Benton, Co-Head of the U.S. Delegation to the W20 and Principal, Deep Water Point, LLC

Where is my ballot?
All eligible* dues-paying members were emailed a unique and anonymous ballot link from [email protected] via Sogolytics on Monday, June 17 with the subject line: SID-United States Board of Directors Election Ballot 2024, as well as a reminder email with the ballot link on Tuesday, June 25. For Institutional Members, please note that the ballot link was sent to your organization's primary Membership Manager.

When does voting close?
Members have until 5 PM ET on Tuesday, July 2 to cast their vote. See the full timeline here.
When will results be announced?
The results of the 2024 Board of Directors election will be reported no later than Monday, July 15.
