At DAI Natalia manages recruitment for the Africa Region. She has over 20 years of experience in international development focusing on new business and recruitment. She has been at DAI since May 2008 supporting recruitment for its Agriculture and Natural Resources Practice, and later on, as the Recruitment Manager of DAI’s Economic Growth Sector. With a BA in Geography and MA in International Commerce and Policy, Natalia speaks Russian and Bulgarian.
