Mr. Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President for Tetra Tech’s Global International Services Division in Washington D.C. He provides leadership support for global operations, including strategic direction, annual planning, and business development efforts. Tetra Tech's Global International Services Division has experience operating in more than 100 countries. The Division provides technical and management consulting services to the Department of State (DOS), the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), European Union (EU), multilateral development banks, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and other governmental agencies worldwide for national security/international assistance programs.

Mr. Johnson has 40 years of experience in strategic planning, capacity building, risk management, environmental management, technology innovation, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, economic growth, and business development. During his career, he has provided management consulting in support of DOS, EPA, DOD, FEMA, NOAA, USAID, ADB, the World Bank and the private sector for a variety of international and domestic projects.

Mr. Johnson is an active member of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC); serves as the Chair of the Professional Services Council/Council of International Development Companies (PSC/CIDC); and serves on the Society for International Development, United States Chapter (SID-US), Executive Board of Directors as Treasurer. 

Mr. Johnson holds a M.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and associate in risk management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
