Lauren Hansen is a procurement analyst with the Compliance Division in the Bureau for Management, Office of Management Policy, Budget, and Performance (formerly in the Office of Acquisition and Assistance) where she works primarily on suspension and debarment matters. Ms. Hansen joined USAID as a Presidential Management Fellow in June of 2014, and during her time as a PMF, she completed a five-month developmental assignment with the Department of State as a Germany Desk Officer with the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Office of Western European Affairs. Previously, Ms. Hansen worked for Kirton McConkie, an international law firm in Salt Lake City, and the University of Utah’s Office of General Counsel. She also interned with the U.S. Mission to NATO in Brussels, Belgium, the Office of Governor Jon. M Huntsman, Jr., and a conservation non-profit in Utah. Ms. Hansen graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah with a JD focused on international law and holds BS degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Utah.
