Laura Wigglesworth has spent 15 years recruiting great people for global health and development organizations.  She has recruited executives, C-suite leaders, technical and countries directors in more than 40 countries.  From Botswana to Bangladesh, Malawi and Mozambique, Wigglesworth has found, recruited and hired the people NGOs and companies need to improve health, promote democracy, and end poverty.  For the last 5 years, Wigglesworth has worked as a consultant, recruiting people in Africa, Asia, Europe and US for organizations like Mercy Corps, PSI, Jhpiego, and JSI.  She has reignited stalled searches, trained recruiters, and developed recruiting tools for hiring managers and recruiting teams.  Before becoming a consultant, Wigglesworth served as an internal recruiter for FHI360 in Washington, DC and PATH in Seattle and later Washington, DC.   If you meet Ms. Wigglesworth in DC, it is almost certain that she traveled to your office or event by bicycle or Eliptigo - her elliptical machine on wheels.
