Larry Hannah

Mr. Hannah is former Principal Economist of the World Bank focused on policy, research, and operations related to urban development, housing policy, regulation, and finance, as well as infrastructure policy, organization, finance and implementation. Since retirement Mr. Hannah works with clients throughout the developing world, both governments and NGOs, on behalf of the UN system, philanthropic foundations, and donors on these same issues. Mr. Hannah was educated in Canada and the United States and lives in Washington, D.C.
