Kat Cooley is an international development professional specialized in financial sector deepening, investment facilitation, and program design and implementation. She has worked primarily with USAID but also with many other major multilateral and bilateral donors as well as foundations. As Manager at Palladium, she currently directs the USAID/Lebanon Livelihoods and Inclusive Financial Inclusion program, which focuses on stimulating both the supply and demand for financial services in un-banked communities across Lebanon as well as improved business enabling environment for financial inclusion. She is a fierce advocate for women’s empowerment across her professional work and other pursuits. Kat holds a MA in International Economics and Development with a focus in Finance from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies.
