Jessica McGlyn is President of Catalynics, a consultancy helping organizations to develop and implement strategy, partnerships, and leadership skills to achieve environmental and social goals. Catalynics uses the tools and approaches of leadership development, coaching and design thinking to enable social impact professionals and organizations to maximize their impact. Some of Jessica’s clients include UN Environment, USAID, Conservation International, PepsiCo, Science Based Targets Network, Dupont, World Resources Institute and World Wildlife Fund.

Prior to Catalynics, Jessica was Director of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development’s (WBCSD) North American office. In that role, she engaged global corporate leaders from over 20 industry sectors in sustainable development programs and policy initiatives. Jessica has also served in several corporate engagement and policy roles at World Wildlife Fund. She began her career as an environmental and sustainability specialist with International Paper Corporation.

Jessica is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and certified in leadership coaching through American University and team coaching through Global Team Coaching Institute. She is also certified in Everything DISC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Assessments, and experienced in conducting 360 Assessments. She is a certified ISSP-SA Sustainability Professional and serves as the ISSP Mid-Atlantic regional coordinator. She serves on the Board of IUCN North America. Jessica holds a Masters in Forest Science from Yale University.  In her free time, Jessica enjoys surfing, rock climbing, hiking, weight lifting, yoga, biking, and writing fiction for fun.
