Jeffrey Singer is a Senior Vice President at Cadmus. He has more than 30 years of experience leading, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to complex global challenges across several subject matter areas, including economic development, private sector engagement, trade and logistics, digital transformation, finance and investment, and infrastructure. 

Jeffrey leads the International Division’s engagement with a wide range of clients in the U.S., U.K., and Australia including the U.S. Department of State, U.K. Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), U.S. Trade Development Agency (USTDA), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC), multilateral development banks, among others.

Jeffrey has worked in more than 35 countries with extensive experience throughout the Indo-Pacific, Europe and Eurasia, Africa, and the Middle East. 

Jeffrey holds a master’s degree in Russian and East European studies from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
