Jeffrey Singer is a Senior Vice President at Cadmus Group. He has more than 28 years of experience leading, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to complex international development challenges across technical areas, including economic development, private sector development, trade and logistics, agribusiness and food security, women’s economic empowerment, financial inclusion, development finance, investment promotion, governance, health, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
Jeffrey leads the International Development Division’s engagement with a wide range of clients, including the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC), U.S. Trade Development Agency (USTDA), Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), among others.
Before serving as senior vice president of international development at Nathan Associates, Jeffrey was an integral contributor in shaping and growing The QED Group through various stages of its evolution from a disadvantaged 8(a) small business to a flourishing mid-size company operating in more than 15 countries.
Jeffrey holds a master’s degree in Russian and East European studies from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
