Jeffrey Singer is an enterprising, visionary leader who marshals Nathan’s full array of global talent to solve complex domestic and international challenges. Mr. Singer has extensive program management and business development experience including more than a decade of serving in executive management positions. Mr. Singer is integrally engaged in setting Nathan’s strategic direction and vision; ensures client satisfaction exceeds expectations, and maintains the highest ethical and technical quality standards.
Mr. Singer has worked in a wide range of international technical areas with expertise in financial inclusion, project finance, private sector development, food security, anti-corruption, governance, public health, evaluation, impact analysis, knowledge management, and learning.
Previous U.S. and international clients include the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and U.S. Department of State, UK’s Department for International Development (DFID), and other bilateral and multi-lateral donors. He has worked in more than 30 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the former Soviet Union. His most recent focus has been economic, political, and social issues confronting Southeast Asia.
Mr. Singer joined Nathan from The QED Group, a U.S. management consulting firm. He served 13 years in progressively more senior management positions and served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Singer was instrumental in shaping and growing QED from a small business to a flourishing mid-sized international management consulting firm operating in more than 20 countries. Mr. Singer spent 10 years at ACDI/VOCA, a nonprofit focused on catalyzing investment, climate smart agriculture, empowerment & resilience, institutional strengthening, and market systems. During his tenure, he served as ACDI/VOCA’s Russia Country Representative, Chief of Party, and Director within the Europe and Asia Division.
