Janet Rodriguez

Janet Rodriguez, an Editor at CCTV-America, has had a rich and varied career as a producer for CNN based at the network's largest bureau in the nation’s Capital. She’s handled live production, field, package, special events producing as well as duties on the assignment desk. She provided editorial and production guidance alongside reporters on beats from the White House, Pentagon, State and Justice Department, Homeland Security and Capitol Hill for in house networks, CNN domestic, CNN International , CNN Headline News and CNN.com. In addition to her experience with CNN, Rodriguez has also worked for WETA-TV26 as Community Outreach representative and Production Assistant for live to tape events. Most recently, Janet Rodriguez was recognized as a 2015 Clarion Award Winner by the Association for Women in Communications for her work at the Television Talk Show – National level.
