The state of the world we live in has changed since the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. One such change is how we work and what the new workplace looks like. As several organizations across the international development industry adopt hybrid workspaces and remote employees, we now face challenges in maintaining this new future of work.
This series explores how development organizations of various types (non-profit, government, implementers, consulting etc.) have adapted to their new workplaces, current and future leadership and workforce requirements, management of transitions and change, and how they continue to change and adapt for the future. We will also explore how this affects the various players within development, such as locally-based country offices, communities that our industry serves, engagement with country-level partners such as private sector, students and young professionals entering a new format of work.
