Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Director Francesca Molinaro has nearly 20 years of professional experience designing and implementing strategic D&I, leadership and organizational development, and change management initiatives. Ms. Molinaro is the first person to serve in this role at Chemonics and is currently leading the organization’s D&I corporate strategy. She has a strong consulting background with vast experience in the international development sector, including time in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East – experiences that have given her an understanding of working across cultures. Prior to joining Chemonics, Ms. Molinaro served as the D&I advisor for the Inter-American Development Bank. She has master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and George Washington University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
