Mr. Gama is an innovative public finance advisor providing high quality advice on matters related to clients’ capital planning and financing needs.  For the last 20 years, Mr. Gama has been an advisor to sovereign and sub-sovereign governments, public entities and corporations, and public-private-partnerships (PPP’s) in more than six countries.  Mr. Gama has designed and implemented innovative public financing structures to mobilize long-term local currency investment including: revenue intercepts, pooled financing vehicles, securitization vehicles, PPP programs, real estate investment trusts, lease and sale lease-back financings structures, and build-operate-transfer programs. He is the lead person for the strategic alliances that Evensen Dodge International has established with agencies and organizations, including Global Development Alliance Programs (GDA) with USAID, the Cities Funding Corporation (CFC) with Metropolis-FMDV, and Multi-sector Programs with the Inter-American Development Bank.  He is a graduate of Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government with a Master in Public Administration, and has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
