Emmanuel Dormon is an agricultural economist with over 20 years’ experience working on various large agricultural programs and projects. He has undertaken various tasks relating to agricultural productivity enhancement, stallholder farmers’ innovation development, monitoring and evaluation. His interest is in promoting agribusiness through value chain strengthening and public-private partnership models aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of commodity value chains. Emmanuel is currently a Senior Director in the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning department at ACDI/VOCA’s Home Office in Washington DC. Emmanuel holds a PhD and MSc both from the Wageningen University and Research Centre in The Netherlands with specializations in managing agricultural systems that are tailored to be especially beneficial to smallholder farmers.
