Dr. Elizabeth Rowley is an international public health expert with over 20 years of research and program experience in Africa, Asia, and Latin America in development and humanitarian contexts. As PATH’s Global Advisor, Gender Programs and Research, she leads capacity strengthening for gender equity in programming, and technical quality in gender integration across PATH’s diverse health program areas through project design, implementation and evaluation.
