Dr. Caroline Boules is an interdisciplinary social scientist with expertise in climate change adaptation in agricultural systems, resilience and vulnerability, water scarcity and water management, sustainable livelihoods, community-based work, and qualitative and mixed-methods research. She has conducted field research in Haiti, Tunisia, and on the eastern shore of Maryland. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
