Dela Darji is a Digital Health Specialist in the Center for Digital Health at JSI. She oversees digital tools including DHIS2 and DevResults for a wide range of projects from pandemic prevention to maternal and child health. Her expertise is in data system management, health informatics and technical assistance in monitoring and evaluation. She has always had a passion for improving global health outcomes and recently entered the international development sector after spending almost 7 years on the domestic side. At the New Jersey Department of Health, she served at the forefront of the COVID-19 pandemic response as a senior lead for the state’s disease reporting and surveillance system. Dela has a BA in psychology from North Carolina State University and an MPH in community-oriented primary care from GWU Milken Institute of Public Health.
