Clair Null is a Senior Researcher at Mathematica Policy Research. Dr. Null has more than a decade of experience conducting rigorous evaluations in Africa and is part of Mathematica’s team working with The Partnership to Strengthen Innovation and Practice in Secondary Education (PSIPSE). PSIPSE is a funder collaborative that that seeks to increase secondary education access and improve learning outcomes for marginalized populations. As the PSIPSE’s learning partner, Mathematica Policy Research has synthesized the evidence base on effective strategies for improving secondary education outcomes in developing countries.
Dr. Null holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
