Need Advice? Meet Our Mentors.

Due to demand, we have opened up this event to everyone, not just members!

Join us for our first standalone "flash mentoring" event! Like speed dating, "flash mentoring" is meant to be quick and to the point, requiring concise and targeted questions and answers from both mentors and mentees. Speaking with our mentors will give you insight into what it takes to succeed in international development and mentors will answer questions you have about your own career path.

During this event, you will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with mentors during each hour-long session. Mentors and mentees will be randomly assigned, and you will meet with approximately 4 mentors for 12-15 minutes each.

Our mentors are not recruiters and cannot offer you a job, but they can offer advice. Please check out their bios in advance, come up with a few questions, and arrive on time.

Each session is $25 for SID-Washington members and $30 for non-members. There are very limited spots, so sign up quickly! Tickets are first come, first served.
