Charlotte Moser is Regional Chair of North America & Caribbean for the Commission on Ecosystem Management (CEM) for the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). For CEM, she coordinates regional activities and international programs for the Commission's global priorities of ecosystem-based adaptation, disaster risk and reduction, and endangered ecosystems. A specialist in international strategic communications, Ms. Moser has worked in international development for more than 10 years with emphasis on climate change, global environmental policy, technology transfer, protected areas, and gender for the World Bank and international think tanks. Her recent consultant work has focused on South East Asia's Lower Mekong Basin.
