Arjun Tasker joined the Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation’s Local, Faith, and Transformative Partnerships Hub as the NPI Portfolio Manager in October 2020. He has supported USAID for the past seven years, most recently leading E3/LS’ policy engagements, including with USAID’s procurement reform efforts, in an effort to institutionalize locally led development. Previously, he spent four years as the Europe and Eurasia Lead for the E3/LS Local Works program, providing direct support to USAID Missions and facilitating more than 15 co-creation workshops. He has worked for an asset-based financing subsidiary of Rabobank, as a teacher in a refugee camp, in communication roles on political campaigns, and as a policy analyst in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. His international experience includes stints in Ghana, Indonesia, the Netherlands and France. Mr. Tasker has a BA in Religion from Haverford College and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and UNU-MERIT. Arjun is the COR for the Partnerships Incubator.
