Alison Brady joined Humentum full-time as an associate program director in 2014 and has been a trainer for us since 2011 (when we were operating as Humentum). She delivers compliance workshops across the globe, including USAID Rules and Regulations: Grants and Cooperative Agreements, USAID Subaward Management, and Procurement Planning & Execution: USAID Grants & Cooperative Agreements. Alison has broad experience supporting compliance efforts and program implementation for health and economic development projects. Prior to joining Humentum, Alison was the deputy director for awards and compliance at Population Services International (PSI), where she led the prime award and subaward functions in PSI's grants and contracts department. In this role, she developed guidelines, templates, and tools to strengthen understanding of funder requirements and to promote efficient program implementation in over 60 countries. Earlier in her career, she was a contracts and grants manager at Family Health International, an operations manager for a microfinance project in Mali, and a manager for USAID-funded contracts at Chemonics International.
