Alison Mann

Alison is an early childhood educator who has been serving students and families in the Boston Public Schools district for the past 11 years. She is committed to teaching through a social justice lens where students are taught to be critical thinkers so they can identify and combat biases. In addition to her role as teacher, she has served as a teacher leader at her school for over nine years, including leading professional development and co-creating the school's Anti-Racist Committee. She has been featured in the “Learning for Justice” magazine for her work.
