Adrienne Biddings is currently Policy Counsel for Google, Inc. in Washington, DC. Prior to going to Google, she was a staff attorney at Georgetown Institute for Public Representation, where she worked on projects to make communications media accessible, diverse and responsive to the needs of all segments of the community. Most of her work involves representing Google before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Reserve, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Congress. She has L.L.M. in Advocacy from Georgetown University Law Center. She received her JD, cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law. She also received her Master’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Florida. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Miami. During law school, she was the executive research editor for the Florida Entertainment Law Review and a research assistant for the Center for the Study of Race and Race Relations. Prior to her position at Georgetown, she taught Telecommunication Law and Regulation in the School of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. Before attending law school, Adrienne worked as a promotions producer for an ABC affiliate in Miami, FL and was a technical director for a public access channel in Wilmington, NC.
