Toyosi Olowoyeye is an Organizational Development and Training Consultant at Training Resources Group (TRG). She is an innovative, community-oriented facilitator with over 15 years of experience in organizational development and instructional design. Toyosi has centered her work on promoting health and social justice for underfunded, underrepresented, and marginalized communities around the world.
Prior to joining TRG, Toyosi founded URL Solutions LLC, where she delivered evidence-based thought partnership, training, and program management to global clients including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Johnson & Johnson. She also evaluated and redesigned diverse training programs to virtual settings, serving nearly 2,000 e-learners.Toyosi has demonstrated progressive leadership experience heading global, multidisciplinary teams in delivering human capacity building interventions. Toyosi’s extensive background includes training and facilitation, project management, adult learning, program evaluation, and program development. Toyosi has a graduate degree from Howard University and a masters of public health from Texas A&M Health Science Center.
