Toshiro works in IBM’s federal consulting practice, where he currently works as Business Sales and Delivery Executive for the Foreign Affairs Account. Previously he was the project officer for the USAID Cybersecurity Protection and Response program, which supports the cyber resiliency of critical infrastructure across the Europe and Eurasia region. Toshiro has also served in the State Department's Office of Foreign Assistance, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and in the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Africa Bureau, Office of Transition Initiatives, and Asia Bureau, as well as the National Democratic Institute.
