Nazik is an experienced monitoring and evaluation professional who serves as the MEL Manager for the USAID/OTI STEP-UP Sudan, implemented by DT Global. With over 15 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sector within Sudan, Nazik’s work focuses on bolstering civil society to advance democratic processes in Sudan. Previously, she led internal and external evaluation work in Sudan for USAID/OTI and World Bank, as well as direct work with the Sudanese government. Nazik’s work fosters civic engagement, assists in democratic transition, and supports community development and the livelihoods of internally displaced persons in challenging contexts within Sudan.
