Natalie Heisler is Accenture’s Responsible AI Advisory & Governance lead for North America, based in Toronto, Canada. Natalie has more than 20 years’ experience in Data & AI, spanning both software and consulting firms. Natalie has completed advanced research on the policy, legal and regulatory aspects of the control of algorithmic bias and has advised enterprise clients in their development of Responsible AI policy and operations, inclusive of Generative AI. Natalie has been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law on the topic of Responsible AI and standards and recently published a book: Standards for the control of algorithmic bias. Natalie holds an M.A. in Political Science, an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Psychology.
