Lauren Berry

Lauren Berry serves as Vice President of Sustainability & External Affairs at Lapis Energy, a carbon management company. Lauren’s primary charge is to ensure two-way engagement and partnership with the communities where Lapis operates. Previously, Lauren led social performance and partnerships at Ann Taylor, Chevron, and Kosmos Energy. She has worked in over a dozen countries and is a regular speaker and advocate on issues relating to international human rights and the acceleration of a just and equitable energy transition. She is also the Co-founder of Work Life Everything, an organization focused on building gender equity at home and at work.
