Jorge de la Cruz is a Consultant with CPCS, specialized in international infrastructure development across Africa, Asia, North America, and the Caribbean. He is a highly motivated economic and financial modeler, with a background in data analytics, and is experienced in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses across power and transport projects. His experience includes working on projects for USAID, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Green Climate Fund. Prior to joining CPCS, Jorge worked as a market research data analyst and interned for PwC and the Peruvian Trade Commission. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics & Econometrics from the University of California - Los Angeles.
