Dr. Jen Kuzara is a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in health, sustainable livelihoods, gender, and conflict prevention. She currently serves as Deputy Chief of Party for USAID's Program Cycle Mechanism where she oversees short- and long-term technical assistance in strategic planning, program design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. She has worked with USAID on behalf of Social Solutions International, Inc. for over 9 years. Prior, she worked with CARE USA for seven years on issues including sexual, reproductive, and maternal health and sustainable livelihoods.
Jen holds a PhD in Anthropology and a Master's of Public Health in Epidemiology from Emory University. She also has a Master’s certificate in Global Mental Health from the Harvard Program for Refugee Trauma and additional training in Transcultural Psychiatry from McGill University.
