Jeanne Ellis has over 20 years of experience in designing, implementing and overseeing programs for USAID, Australian Aid, The World Bank and mining and energy companies. Her technical areas of expertise include social & environmental impact assessment, extractive sector governance, and private sector engagement. She is currently the Practice Director of the Water and Energy Team at DAI, leading DAI’s design and pursuit of water security, sanitation and hygiene (WSSH) and clean energy programs. She also spent four years with DAI’s Sustainable Business Group (SBG), supporting private sector clients responsibly pursue their ESG commitments, including programs in workforce development, community engagement and local content strategy.
